How long do Gardencups stay fresh?
Our salads are designed to stay crisp and fresh for up to 5-7 days when kept refrigerated. We use airtight sealing technology to maintain peak nutrition and flavor.
How is my order shipped to ensure food safety?
All orders are shipped in insulated liners with non-toxic ice packs. This ensures your Gardencups remain at food-safe temperatures until they reach your doorstep.
Can I customize the ingredients in my salad?
To maintain our high standards of speed and food safety, we do not currently offer individual ingredient swaps. However, we offer a wide variety of curated recipes to suit different dietary needs.
What should I do with my empty Gardencup containers?
Our containers are 100% recyclable! Simply rinse them out and place them in your standard recycling bin, or reuse them for meal prep and storage at home.
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.
What is your return policy for perishable food?
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
